The operation and construction of the project belongs to the Asfuroğlu family. Architectural design was done by Emre Arolat Architecture. The project cost was announced as $ 120 million. The museum section named after the hotel belongs to Republic of Turkey Ministry of Culture and Tourism as Necmi Asfuroğlu Mosaic Museum.
