İSKİD Webinar: New Trends in Data Centres
Güven Fidan (Founder and General Manager, Alkazar) presented “Climate-Driven Risks in Data Centres: From the Macro Climate to Micro Thermal Safety” (original title in Turkish: “Veri Merkezlerinde İklim Kaynaklı Riskler: Makro İklimden Mikro Termal Güvenliği”). Zero-Carbon Buildings: Transformation, Technology and Strategies (BIM Days)
Güven Fidan was one of the speakers at this BIM Days event by BIM4Türkiye (original title: “Sıfır Karbon Yapılar: Dönüşüm, Teknoloji ve Stratejiler”), which looked at building physics, digital simulation and energy management approaches on the road to zero-carbon buildings, through real projects. Data Center Eurasia 2025
Güven Fidan gave the talk “Drought, Floods and Heatwaves: Managing Climate Risks with CFDs” on 8 October and moderated the panel “Climate and Design Risks in Data Centers: Investment, Standards, and Resiliency Perspectives” on 11 October.
