A Mixed-Use Destination Next to the Airport
Developed by İSKA, a Kalyon Holding subsidiary, immediately adjacent to Istanbul Airport, Kampüs İstanbul is a mixed-use project of more than 534,000 m² that brings together a shopping centre, outlet, a five-star hotel and a theme park.
On open, unobstructed terrain, high wind speeds combine with broad horizontal retail masses and a hotel tower to create a profile that calls for wind, insolation and wind-driven rain analyses. Alkazar carried out an integrated, CFD-based microclimate assessment in this scope.
