Folkart Mona, developed by Folkart in İzmir’s Mavişehir, is a residential-focused living project distinguished by its low-rise blocks, green courtyards and rich landscaping next to the shoreline. Its position open to the Gulf of İzmir makes the wind comfort of open and semi-open living spaces an important input to the design.
