Structural FSI Analysis for a Ground Radar Platform
For the EUMETSAT weather radar platform in Ankara, the behaviour of the steel structures on the radar site under wind was evaluated through fluid–structure interaction (FSI) analyses. On this ground-based rooftop radar system, the wind loads and dynamic response of the steel structural elements were examined.
