Mixed-Use on the Black Sea Coast
Developed by Baran İnşaat in Samsun’s Atakum, this mixed-use trade and living centre brings together retail areas, residences and office functions on a site adjacent to the Black Sea coast. The architectural design is by EAA – Emre Arolat Architecture. Its open coastal location exposes the project directly to northerly winds.
