Alkazar’s solutions bring together building physics and climate engineering through CFD (computational fluid dynamics) simulation. Our meteorology and climate data service supplies region-specific, re-analysis climate inputs that ground every design decision in real long-term conditions rather than assumptions. On the comfort side, pedestrian wind comfort and outdoor thermal comfort assess how people experience the spaces around a building, while indoor thermal comfort and natural ventilation extend that same physics-based approach inside it. Microclimate analysis looks at how growing urban density affects wind, air quality and comfort at neighborhood scale. For the building envelope, facade wind loading calculates cladding and curtain-wall pressures direction by direction, in line with international codes, while daylight analysis and energy modeling optimize glazing, massing and systems from the earliest design stages, when decisions are most cost-effective. Life-safety work covers evacuation analysis and fire physics and smoke control, verifying egress times and smoke management in atria, stadiums, tunnels and other large-volume spaces against NFPA, SFPE, BS and DIN standards. Our datacenter solution applies the same CFD foundation to white-space and grey-space cooling and transient resilience under power loss.
